Social by Nao does what it says on the tin: social media support services headed up by me, Nao (Naomi, but my full name kinda gives me the ick …)
But here’s what doesn’t give me the ick: helping female service providers so simplify their social media, and giving them back the time and headspace they need to do the bit of their job they actually love.
I truly believe that Instagram shouldn’t make you feel like sh*t, because in reality you are sh*t hot – and it’s my job to help you feel that.

You’ll usually find me on my extremely comfy sofa watching good TV and eating, or catching up with friends and family…which also usually involves *eating*.
I love cheesy quotes as much as I love their snack counterparts (Cheesestrings and Babybels are arguably more fun as an adult), which is only eclipsed by my borderline obsession with my one true love - chocolate.
