How long do we work together for?Management packages are a minimum 3 month commitment, with a monthly rolling contract after the initial 3 months. We’ve had clients work with us for 3 or 4 months, but the majority stay with us for over a year.

Will I still be involved?You betcha. Social media management really is a collaboration. You’re the expert and brains (and in most cases, also the face) behind your business so while we’ll take a lot off your plate, your input is invaluable.

Can I review what goes out?Absolutely. Content is created in advance and shared for review in your portal. Although in reality many clients stop reviewing after the first couple of months as they trust that we understand their preferences, tone and business.

What’s in my portal?At Social By Nao, we use Asana to organise, plan & share your content. It has a super convenient mobile app for on-the-go content reviews and you can see where everything is up to with “status” updates. Our clients love it but if you haven’t used it before, don’t worry - you’ll get a demo/walkthrough before we start.
